Do I need to pay a deposit?

–  Yes, we require a 50% deposit. A 50% deposit may be required in advance, immediately to confirm booking and is required to secure your date of event requested and existing prices, otherwise price changes are applicable.
–  For all partiesis required 50% deposit in advance, and balance payment in full is required 7 (seven) working days prior to event.
–   Prices are subject to change without notice and Bali Bar Function reserves the right to make substitutions when needed due to market fluctuations. We review our pricing every 3 (three) months.  Therefore your quote is subjected to changes unless a deposit of 50% is paid by the due date. If you are unable to meet the dateline, kindly communicate with us in writing.

How we have to block the date of event?
–   Only a deposit minimum of 50% from the estimated total your invoice will confirm the reservation.
–  Every confirmation from Bali Bar Function does not guarantee that the date is blocked for your event. Only the confirmation with price invoiced to the client by Bali Bar Function is the price indicted on the contract and Bali Bar Function has got your confirmation payment from our Bank or other accounts of payment.
–   If we do not receive the deposit by the due date, your booking will be automatically released without further notification from us.

What payment methods accept?

The contract based on IDR currency. The exchange rate for USD/AUD/SGD that stated in the contract is issued by Bali Bar Function which valid only for seven (7) days after date of contract issued.
–  Bank Transfer can be made with IDR
–  Cash Payment, we will be picking up your cash payment to your location.
–   If there was a transaction fee charged to us, it will be charged/presented to the client on the final invoice.

*For bank transfers the amount we receive is net and the client is responsible for the bank fee or or will be charged to the Client and presented on the final invoice.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
– Any changes date requested or cancellation by the Client will require written confirmation by Bali Bar Function. – The final invoice will be based on this figure even in the event of a last minute cancellation.
–  A cancellation before 30 (thirty) days notice prior to scheduled event,  Bali Bar Function will charge 10% as our booking fee from the deposit and the rest of payment will be refunded to you. All refunds will be made based on our banks book keeping rate and presented on the refund statement. All transaction fees will be charged to the Client.
–  A cancellation less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the scheduled event, Bali Bar Function will charge 50% of the total estimated amount. All refunds will be made based on our banks book keeping rate and presented on the refund statement. All transaction fees will be charged to the Client.
–   A cancellation less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the scheduled event, Bali Bar Function will charge 100% of the total estimated amount.

General policies to ordering Bali Bar Function Package

– Bali Bar Function is sold on a per-person basis, meaning that there is a flat price for each additional person.
– We require final numbers count minimum of 7 (seven) working days prior to the event.
– Children under 6th years of age up to 12th years of age are priced 50% from adult prices. Below of 6th years of age are free of charge.
– If the number of guest are below the minimum required, surcharge will applies IDR 1.500.000

General policies to ordering Beverage Package
– Bali Bar Function is sold on a per-person basis, meaning that there is a flat price for each additional person.
– Final count on required a minimum of 7 (seven) working days prior to the event.
– Professional bartender does not including for non-alcohol beverage package or package without mixing drink selections. You may apply to hire a part-time bartender to assist you to serve with your own alcohol bottles.
– Non-alcohol beverage package for Children under 6th years of age up to 12th years of age are priced 50% from adult prices. Below of 6th years of age are free of charge.
– No corkage fee if bring your own bottles by bought of one of our beverage package. But is not our responsible for any of your own bottles or individually by your guests, it’s should be have appointed by you or event planner to take stock and the bottle to our Bar member.
–  Our beverage packages include 1 purpose bar set up. An additional surcharge is applicable for extra bar-set up.
–  We do not allow your guests to ask for full bottles of alcohol to be placed on the tables or outside from the bar set up, also will not entertain guests that come up to the bar requesting large amounts of drinks, order by pitcher or demanding cases or bottles of alcohol. Our bar staff only serve all drinks consumption by individual glasses.
–  Any of Shots item are not part of the drink selection package and may applies extra charge.
–  For the safety of everyone, we have the right to refuse alcohol to guests that are deemed intoxicated and we will bring this up to you when it happens.

Additional Person
–  Any consumption of food and beverage are requested by the client are only for client guests that associated with the event and based on the contract agreement between the client and Bali Bar Function .
–  If there was another person or additional person without confirmation or any vendors including bands, priests, security will incur an additional charge. You may explain to your event planner or vendors who are related to the event.

Additional Surcharges
– Difficulty of Access: The difficulties of venue access are all important factors to consider. Is the service area more than 50 ft from vehicle parking?
Table and chair or any equipments delivery to a mutually convenient location such as a garage or yard.  Apartment, office buildings or some villa that has a difficulty area to deliver to service point, may apply an extra cost. This additional cost involved such as for extra staff transport and additional equipment.
– A marquee/tent is necessary for any outdoor event, especially to serve you due to rain or serve in open air at the midday time. We are not responsible if the weather would be spoilage to the food or beverage. The difficulty of maintaining open service food at required temperatures between rainy or shinny.
–  Power supply for ordering a full service catering package, we will require minimum 500watts to 2500Watts of power for the food buffet and beverage bar equipments. Please ask the villa for the usage of the villa power supply.  This cost is passed on to you, either if you need to get power supply with hire a generator.

Damage, lost or breakage of catering properties
–  The client shall be liable to pay for any damage, loss or breakage to any part of the catering properties, which has been either intentionally or unintentionally damaged by any guests associated with the event.
–  We can not responsible for any loss of guests belongings before, during or after the party.

How many staff will caterer provide us to the event?
–  Stand-up dinner with buffet style would be provide with 1 (one) of waiter to serving up to every 10guests.
– Sit-down dinner with buffet style would be provide 1  (one) of waiter up to serving up to 6-8 guests per seating table/following with number of guest tables.
– Buffet station would be provide with 1 or 3 (one or three) of buffet waiting staff to serving up to every 30guests.
–  Cooking staff would be providing by us in related to the cooking preparation and service on the location.
– A Full bar package are inclusive with 1 (one) of professional bartender with 1 or 2 (one or two) of bar assistants and 1 or 2 (one or two) of drink server for every up to 30guests
– Professional bartender does not included for non-alcohol beverage package or package without mixing drink selections. You may apply to hire a part-time bartender to assist you for beverage package with your own alcohol bottles.
